Great hotel and stunning interiors. I stayed here for one night but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The rooms are spacious

Don't look at the pictures. Not a clean hotel. We book for three people and one of us has to sleep on the floor!! Bathroom wasn't clean!!

I dont know, there appeared a fake review in my name giving 10 points here. I deleted the review and am putting this again.Very small roomThe closet top was broken. When complained to the staff and the Manager, they were neither even ready to fix it nor to change the room. And responded very harshly.

Nothing I liked here. It was a disaster.

They don't accept credit cardsNo amenities in the room like shower gel etc Sheets and towels are not very clean though room is clean.They don't even give a receipt for advance payment against the room and I had an issue at checkout regarding a payment of 300 that I made and they didn't record.I would avoid as there are much better cheap options in Bangalore.

NICE HOTEL IN HSR LAYOUT, ,HERE ONLY VERY FEW COUNTABLE HOTELS ARE HAD THESE SERVICE QUALITY, REALLY HAD AN FINE STAY HERE, THESE HKTEL AND MANAGEMENT IS ROCKING HERE, I REALLY AMAZED WITH THEIR ROBOT CLEANER IN THE PUBLIC AREA. I HAVE STAYED IN SOME OTHER HOTELS WHICH IS BELONGS TO GSILVER HOTELS BUT THIS BRANCH HAVING SOMETHING SPECIAL, I HAVE ONLY ONE CONCERN HERE THE ROAD WAY TO GET THE PROPERTY IS NOT GOOD, APART FROM THAT THE HOTEL IS AT THEIR MARK HERE.

The rooms of the place are very comfortable and the stay is also very good. I enjoyed the view, and the ventilation is very good.

They have very good security. The guards are awake throughout and the staff is also reliable. Did not face any issue throughout the stay.

All the sheets had stains. You know what kind. The towels were never washed. Pillow covers collected all sorts of dust and were visibly uncomfortable to look at. The washroom literally smelled of urine. When I entered the room there was a cigarette smell. I asked for a change of room. The 2nd option was not great but at least there was no piss smell but I still had to ask them for fresh sheets and a pillow that was also unwashed . Hair everywhere. Walls were in bad shape too. Nightmare. Strangely they turn off all the lights in the lobby of the hotel on all the floor. I thought the building was shut down.

Bed was neat and clean. Room was very clean and staff was very supportive.
